Under the new Quality Assurance Program (STRiVE), the CMTO no longer preapproves courses for fulfilling professional development requirements. The online learning platform provides a helpful breakdown of how each course relates to the STRiVE competencies for inclusion in your specific learning plan.

For RMTs in Other Provinces:
Dexterity Professional Development submits applications to regulatory bodies and associations on a rolling basis. As courses receive approvals, this is updated on each individual course pages.

Additionally, our in-house training and tuition reimbursement programs help to support the learning and development of our RMTs throughout their entire career with Massage Addict.
