Donata Sardone, Registered Massage Therapist
Donna is a Registered Massage Therapist and in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario, graduate of one of the top leading schools in massage therapy, Sutherland Chan. During her intensive massage therapy program she learned a variety of techniques & modalities such as Swedish massage, manual lymphatic drainage, myofascial release, prenatal massage; to name a few.
She believes that one does not need to be injured or in pain to experience massage, and that a team effort between therapist and client can be used as a tool to help facilitate general well-being as well as quality of life.
Christina Zampese, Registered Massage Therapist
Christina Zampese is a graduate of Sutherland Chan - one of the top massage therapy schools. Christina practices a variety of massage techniques that include Swedish Massage, Lymphatic Drainage, Trigger Point Therapy, Joint Mobilizations, Myofascial Release, Pre/Post Natal massage, General wellness/Relaxation massage, Cupping and Hydrotherapy. Christina also practices temporomandibular joint (TMJ) treatments, which are incredibly effective for any person suffering from jaw, head and neck pain stemming from a wide range of conditions. She is passionate about the importance of self-care and helping patients relax, rejuvenate, and achieve their treatment goals. She provides a patient centered holistic approach to her treatments through assessment, treatment planning, selecting manual techniques, self care and remedial exercise. Michele LeLacheur, Registered Massage Therapist
Michele graduated with honours from the Massage Therapy accredited program offered at Georgian College in and shortly after began to pursue her passion for Massage Therapy by becoming a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT).
Throughout her journey as an RMT, Michele has combined both her theoretical experiences from her learnings at Georgian College, with her hands on experiences post-graduation and in present day, fostering her well-rounded expertise in the field of health and wellness. With a wide range of knowledge, skills, and values, Michele can confidently aid individuals suffering from long-term effects of chronic illnesses and injuries, as well as provide relief to those in pain or discomfort from numerous indicators experienced in everyday life, with the most common factor being stress.

DingSheng (Dexter) Zhang, Registered Massage Therapist
Dexter is a firm believer of applying holistic approach to alleviate pains and aches. He applies integrative manual therapies and various techniques to help his clients reduce pains and aches and optimize their well-beings. Dexter is graduated from Centennial College in 2022 and is highly trained in variety of techniques such as: manual lymphatic techniques, myofascial therapy, joint mobilization rhythmic mobilization, trigger point therapy, craniosacral therapy, deep tissue massage and hot stone massage. He provides high level of care to his clients by carefully selecting the best suited type of techniques and makes sure he prescribes remedial exercises.
Mary Cipollone, Registered Massage Therapist
Mary Cipollone graduated from the CCMH in 2000 and has been in good standing with the CMTO since 2001. Mary practices Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Pre and Postnatal Massage, and Hot Stone Massage and practices temporomandibular joint (TMJ) treatments, for people suffering from jaw, head, and neck pain. Mary is also an RPN graduating from Seneca College in 2019 and a member of the CNO and in good standing. She has experience in Mental Health, Public Health, LTC, and Retirement. Mary is a dedicated, and hardworking individual who is caring and compassionate. She welcomes new clients to our clinic and will be happy to answer any questions you may have to the best of her knowledge.
Julian (YuLiang) Lou, Registered Massage Therapist
Julian graduated from wellspring college 2011. With over 10 years of practice, he is dedicated to providing clients with the best care possible to promote healing and relaxation. He is proficient in Swedish massage, deep tissue massage and has a great following of many dedicated clients. Julian also has a bachelor’s degree in chemistry and in his spare time serves as a flight attendant. As a flight attendant, traveling around the world and continuously learning are his goals in life. Julian is looking forward to welcoming you to our clinic.
Polly Ko, Registered Massage Therapist
Polly brings over 12 years of experience in the health and wellness industry. She started learning as an esthetician as well as completed her massage therapy training. She is a well rounded and skillful registered massage therapist with a passion of helping people enhancing their well-being.
Polly provides quality therapeutic treatments such as Deep Tissue Massage, Swedish Massage, Pre-natal Massage, and Hot Stone Massage.
Mehdi, Registered Massage Therapist
Mehdi is a well rounded massage therapist who practices a variety of massage techniques that include Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Lymphatic Drainage, Trigger Point Therapy, Joint Mobilizations, Myofascial Release, Pre Natal Massage.
Mehdi practiced as a medical doctor in his home country. Together with his strong medical background, he has a passion of helping others to improve their well-being. Aside from practicing massage therapy, he also has experience in practicing osteopathy in his career.
Mingru Yan (Daniel), Registered Massage Therapist
Mingru (Daniel) Yan is a Registered Massage Therapist with over 20 years of clinical experience. He graduated from the Acupuncture and Massage College of Henan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine in 1998 with a bachelor's degree and later earned a master's degree from the Acupuncture and Massage College of Beijing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine in 2007. Since then, he has worked as a massage therapist in the Tuina Department at Guang'anmen Hospital of the China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences.
In 2008, he served as a physical therapist during the Beijing Olympics and Paralympics. After returning to his department, he treated a wide range of conditions, including cervical spondylosis, lumbar disc herniation, low back pain, soft tissue injuries, degenerative bone diseases, headaches and dizziness, and insomnia. Between 2007 and 2015, he handled over 60,000 outpatient visits. After immigrating to Canada, he obtained his certification as a registered massage therapist.
Daniel expertly combines Traditional Chinese Medical theory with Tuina massage and incorporates moxibustion, cupping, and Guasha (scraping) to address various conditions. He specializes in alleviating muscle tension, chronic overuse conditions, and postural dysfunctions such as stiff neck, frozen shoulder, sciatica, and lumbar disc herniation, tailoring his approach to meet each client's specific needs.
Peter Tsarev, Registered Massage Therapist
Peter is a Registered Massage Therapist and Certified Athletic Therapist. He holds a bachelor of science degree in Kinesiology with a specialization certificate in athletic therapy. Additionally he is a Certified Hatha Yoga Teacher. Peter has extensive experience working with various sports, competitive levels, and age groups from youth to the masters athlete, and in several clinical rehab settings with both athletes and the general population. Peter takes a holistic approach in his practice, noting the importance of the mind-body connection, nutrition, quality of sleep, preventative and active rehabilitation with manual therapy and corrective exercises to optimize over-all health and to do the activities we love.
