Extended insurance benefits, if you’re lucky enough to have them, often have an allowance for treatments from a Registered Massage Therapist, Licensed Chiropractor and/or Registered Acupuncturists. Acupuncture involves the placement of hair-thin, sterile needles into specific acupoints to access your body’s meridians to help relieve pain and improve your overall well-being.
Reflexology involves applying pressure to specific reflex zones in the hands and feet to help energize the body, relieve tension and promote relaxation.

If you are new to Massage Addict, chances are you have some questions. Below are answers to the most commonly asked questions, but if you have additional queries we haven’t covered, please feel free to contact the clinic nearest you.
A: There is no membership fee. Simply enjoy at least one Massage Therapy, Acupuncture, Chiropractic Care or Reflexology treatment a month for 6 or 12 months at your preferred member price.
A: We do not pre-charge each month. You pay for each treatment at the treatment appointment. If you do not book a treatment one month, the monthly treatment fee is processed and kept on file as a credit for a second monthly treatment in another month during your membership.
A: The monthly fee entitles you to a treatment at a preferred member price. If you want more than one treatment per month, you’ll enjoy the preferred member price every time you visit. As a bonus, we extend the preferred member price to family members in your household without the monthly commitment. However, you will need to fulfill your monthly commitment regardless of how often your family members receive treatments. If you do not book your monthly treatment, save it and enjoy a second treatment another month. The monthly treatment fee is processed and kept on file as a credit for a second monthly treatment during any month of your membership.

A: You will receive a signed receipt from the registered therapist who treated you. This receipt can be sent to your insurance company for reimbursement. Prior to your treatment, please be sure to verify with your provider whether you qualify for coverage.
A: We direct-bill to most insurance companies, however not all insurance companies and benefit plans allow electronic billing. You can reach out to your insurance company and inquire about your plan’s procedures prior to your treatment.
A: You can book with the same therapist or try different ones. On average, each clinic has eight to 15 Registered Massage Therapists and one to two Registered Acupuncturists, Licensed Chiropractors and Certified Reflexologists on the team.
A: No, you can continue to visit Massage Addict without being a member by paying the non-member price.
