Do you offer direct billing?
We provide direct billing to most insurance companies. Should you have questions on whether Massage Therapy, Acupuncture, or Chiropractic Care (or part of it) is covered by your benefits, please contact your insurance provider prior to receiving a treatment.
Anyone who receives a service from Massage Addict is responsible for payment of the fees associated with that service, regardless of coverage granted by a benefits provider. Here are some of the companies we currently bill directly to:
