Neisha Jordan, Registered Massage Therapist
Neisha has been a RMT since 2011. She is able to provide various techniques and treatments, such as trigger points, deep tissue, prenatal, hot stone and many others. Neisha has worked in both clinic and spa settings. She enjoys being able to help clients achieve their goals and working hard to provide the best care.
Roopam Joshi, Registered Massage Therapist
Roopam graduated from Medix College and is currently registered with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario. She has always been a dedicated and passionate therapist. She provides therapeutic treatments for different conditions like sprains, tendinitis, sciatic pain, plantar fasciitis and torticollis. She is well- versed in deep tissue, Swedish, pre and post natal and sports massage. She provides remedial exercises after each treatment for faster recovery. She provides a safe and effective therapy that is tailored specifically to each individual. She is fluent in speaking hindi, urdu and punjabi as well.
Lloyd Asiedu, Registered Massage Therapist
Lloyd Asiedu is a Registered Massage Therapist. As a graduate of Medix College, he is well versed in various aspects of massage and manual therapy (notably deep tissue and stretch therapy). After accruing 10+ years of experience as a personal trainer, he has entered into this field primarily with the understanding that by aiding a person in terms of their recovery, you can help them back to working, exercising, and enjoying their lives.
Gagan Singh, Registered Massage Therapist
Gagan has completed his diploma in massage therapy from the Medix College. He has been a member in good standing with the CMTO (Collge of Massage Therapists of Ontario). During the diploma, he got a chance to do some outreaches, in the sports therapy field and developed his interest in sports massage therapy. He specializes in deep tissue massage with joint mobilization and remedial exercise for fast recovery.
Gagan is well versed in Swedish Massage, deep connective tissue, Joint Mobilization, Myofascial release, Trigger points and remedial exercise for treating various conditions of muscles and joints. He always put his clients first and will go the extra mile to help them. He has always been dedicated to providing the highest quality of treatments to his clients.
Upinderjit Kukgill, Registered Massage Therapist
Upinderjit graduated from Humber College with honours and is in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario. In her role as an RMT, she aims to provide her patients with care that enables a pain free lifestyle. Through conducting an assessment, Upinderjit determines the main source of the problem and creates a treatment plan specifically tailored to each patient’s needs in order to achieve their goals. She also provides remedial exercises to further promote physical wellbeing. Upinderjit employs joint mobilizations, trigger point therapy, neuromuscular, fascial and Swedish techniques. She has worked with athletes, palliative patients and those with chronic conditions. She has experience in treating various conditions such piriformis syndrome, disc herniations, scoliosis and tendinitis.
Udhay Natarajan, Registered Massage Therapist
Udhay has completed Massage Therapy program from RCCMT, Canada. He is a physiotherapy graduate practicing massage therapy. Udhay is well versed in Prenatal, Relaxation, Sports and Cupping therapy. His treatments include fascial adhesions, trigger point therapy, and providing deep relaxation with effleurage and cupping. Udhay is always updating his skills and furthering his education in the health field. Udhay works on educating his client’s and involve them in the creation of their individualized treatment plans so that their goals and needs are attainable. He is driven to make each treatment one to remember by personal connection and effective results.
Inderjeet Arora, Registered Massage Therapist
Inderjeet is a Registered Massage Therapist graduated from National Institute and is in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO). She is passionate about providing professional services for the purpose of enhancing her client’s total health. She tailors her treatments to the unique needs of each individual client incorporating Swedish techniques, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, stretching, and remedial exercises to achieve exceptional results.
