Krystyna is an outstanding member of the Reflexology Association of Canada holding herself to the highest degree of standards, ethics and practices. She has a firm belief in healing clients from the inside out.
 
From a young age, Krystyna has always had a passion for health and wellness.
She has over 20 years of experience and has acquired certifications in Reflexology, Reflexology specializing in Lymphatic Drainage and finally, Clavitherapy.

Krystyna is always looking to advance her knowledge and expertise in the health and wellness world, learning techniques from different institutions, acquiring additional education, practical experience and genuine interest in health and wellness.

Krystyna's training and techniques have promoted clients to express a state of relaxation, achieving a better night's sleep and an overall improvement in their mood and well-being.
