Carrie Smith, Registered Massage Therapist
Carrie has been a Massage Therapist since spring of 2021, after graduating with distinction from trIOS College in Kitchener, Ontario, and was a registered member of the CMTO in Ontario before relocating to Nova Scotia to be closer to family.
As an RMT, Carrie has had the privilege of caring for clients of all ages and from all walks of life. She uses a medium to deep pressure and combines General Swedish Massage techniques with fascial release, trigger point therapy, manual lymphatic drainage, and proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation. Tailoring treatments to the individual needs of her clients, her goal is to provide clients with relief from stress, pain, and discomfort brought on by daily life, injury, or surgery. She believes in the benefits of regular stretching and strengthening exercises to help us reach our full health potential and often assigns these as homecare to her clients. With specialty courses in hot stone and cupping therapy, Carrie is dedicated to providing relaxation and therapeutic massage treatments for all ages. Her goal is to help all clients move towards better health and function, reducing stress on the body, mind, and spirit.
When not at work, she enjoys spending time with family and close friends, hiking, kayaking, or reading a good book with her cats, Eliot and Mazikeen.
Sydney Coughlin, Registered Massage Therapist
Sydney is a registered massage therapist from Dartmouth, Nova Scotia. She graduated from the 2200 hour Eastern College Massage Therapy program with honors. She is a member of the Massage Therapist’s Association of Nova Scotia (MTANS).
Sydney was drawn to the field of Massage Therapy by her passion for health and wellness. She believes that massage therapy and its holistic approach to dealing with health and injury plays a major role in health and wellness.
Sydney looks forward to helping clients with their short term and long-term goals pertaining to their health.

Noah Stoddart, Registered Massage Therapist
Noah is a Registered Massage Therapist from Bridgewater, NS. He graduated from the Eastern College Massage Therapy Program in 2018 and began working as an RMT Fredericton, NB.
Noah Stoddart is a friendly, chatty, professional, who also knows when it’s time to work. He is always ready with a sympathetic ear, great personality, and healing hands. He uses moderate to deep pressure while focusing on therapeutic remedy and a relaxing setting.
Outside of work Noah spends most of his downtime reading, writing, playing games, and taking in the fresh air.
Sophia Gatez, Registered Massage Therapist
Sophia is a 2023 graduate of Halifax’s ICT Northumberland College. She has a therapeutic approach to treatments and upon graduation received the award for Clinical Excellence and Professionalism for her strong clinical standards. She is adaptable to clients' needs and enjoys myofascial techniques, joint mobilizations, and working towards improving the quality of movement and tissue health for her clients. During her studies Sophia enrolled in additional training and is certified in Cupping Massage. As a result of this training, Sophia has become increasingly intrigued about the role of connecting tissue and its influence on both mind and body. Her style varies between moderate to deep pressure and she often finds herself following the body’s line of tension to assist in resolving soft-tissue limitations and discomfort. She customizes each treatment plan to the individual and is intentional about creating a comfortable environment for each client while supporting them in their short-term and long-term health goals. Sophia is excited to help you in your wellness journey.
Gabrielle MacMaster, Registered Massage Therapist
Gabby is a motivated massage therapist who received her education from Halifax's CCMH. Her areas of special interest include treating problems related to the jaw, neck, and everyday posture.

Shayla Russell, Registered Massage Therapist
Shayla recently graduated from the Eastern College Massage Theeapy program with Honours. From a young age, she discovered her innate passion for healing and helping others. This drive led her to pursue a career in massage therapy, where she could combine her natural inclination towards empathy and care with the science and art of bodywork.
Throughout her career, she has developed a particular interest in working with clients who are battling chronic illnesses. These individuals often face unique challenges that require a specialized approach to massage therapy.
