Dr. Kurtis W., Licensed Chiropractor
Dr. Kurtis attended Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in Toronto for his chiropractic schooling which has a focus on evidence based care. He has experience in working with athletes of all levels, from Timbits hockey players to working as a trainer with the Vaughan Kings of the GTHL as well as several of our Canadian Olympic Sprinters. He has a passion to help people of all ages by incorporating research proven techniques for pain management and rehabilitation. Whether your goals are to hit new "personal bests" in the gym, or be able to pick up your grandkids without pain, he's here to help.
His approach goes beyond just adjusting. He focuses on finding and addressing the root cause of your pain; working to release the affected muscles, mobilize the joints, remodel the tissues and give you the exercises you need to get you back to living healthy and pain free. He works to not only alleviate symptoms but also empower patients to make informed decisions about their health. He believes in taking a proactive approach to wellness, helping individuals not just recover, but thrive in their daily lives.
Dr. Kurtis stays active by golfing, weightlifting, hiking and playing hockey in his free time. He enjoys walking in the sunshine with his pup, making a mess in the kitchen and watching the Leafs lose in the first round.
If you're looking for an adjustment, cupping, graston, soft-tissue release or a personal rehab program, Dr. Kurtis is your guy.
