Our Student Massage Therapists
Sorina beaupre, Massage Student
Please help us welcome student Massage Therapist Sorina Beaupre! Sorina will be working most Sundays starting March 17th. She will be graduating from Wellington College this June completing the program for Remedial Massage Therapist.
In addition to her extensive 15+ years in massage therapy, she has lived through and actively participated in significant historical events, including witnessing/living in a dictatorship, participating in a revolution, and experiencing the harsh realities of war. These experiences have shaped her perspective on life and deepened her empathy and understanding of others.
She is passionate about pottery, finding it to be a therapeutic and creative outlet that complements her work in massage therapy. Additionally, she has a profound love for gardening, and during the summer months, you'll often find her immersed in her garden, finding peace and inspiration amidst nature's beauty.
Looking ahead, she is eager to expand her knowledge and skills by delving into advanced techniques such as cupping, myofascial release, lymphatic drainage, and other innovative modalities. She is committed to staying at the forefront of the field and continuously improving her practice for the benefit of her clients.
Sorina’s massage style is a unique blend of relaxation, therapeutic/remedial, fascial, and hydrotherapy techniques. She adapts her approach according to the specific needs of each individual client, ensuring that every session is tailored to address their unique concerns and preferences. Her goal is to provide a deeply rejuvenating and transformative experience that promotes healing and overall well-being for body, mind, and spirit.
When she is not massaging or in class, she is hard at work studying.
Sorina looks forward to meeting you soon at Massage Addict-Kildonan Crossing!
