Proficient in a diverse range of techniques, Lindon integrates Swedish massage, fascial techniques, hydrotherapy, manual lymph drainage, joint mobilization, and remedial exercises into his practice, crafting individualized treatment plans that address each client’s unique needs. Known for his open-minded approach and commitment to evidence-informed practice, Lindon stays at the forefront of his field by continually incorporating the latest research and studies into his work. His holistic approach and dedication to ongoing learning ensure that each client receives the most effective and personalized care possible.
