Lex (Lexy) Bowering, Registered Massage Therapist
Lexy completed her 2200 hour massage therapy diploma course from ERP college and is an active member of the Canadian Massage & Manual Osteopath Therapists Association (CMMOTA). Her interest in learning about human body and growing up watching her mom work as a massage therapist and reflexologist for over 20 years, inspired her to pursue this career.
Lexy loves to help others. She considers herself to be friendly, kind person who makes others feel welcome and hopes to help clients live free from bodily pains. She also believes that the human touch helps reduce stress, depression and anxiety in all individuals.
"I practice massage therapy because it has always been a strong healing therapy physically, mentally, and emotionally for me. I love the way it makes me feel and I enjoy providing my clients with the same benefits it has for me. Saher Emmun, Registered Massage Therapist
Saher graduated from Trios College in March 2022. He is licensed with the City of Calgary and is a member in good standing with the Massage Therapist Association of Alberta.
Saher employs a diverse range of techniques to address clients’ unique needs, including relaxation, therapeutic, deep tissue, and pre/postnatal massage. Known for a perceptive touch, Saher adjusts treatments as necessary, earning a reputation for effectiveness and approachability. He connects with clients by sharing personal experiences related to their concerns. Promoting wellness, Saher recommends complementary modalities and encourages clients to fine-tune daily routines for optimal health.
Outside of work, Saher enjoys hiking and biking, which helps with his endurance and health. He also enjoys swimming and running to ensure his body is capable and healthy for the rest of his life.
Domingo Bisares, Registered Massage Therapist
Domingo graduated from Makami College in April 2024. He is licensed with the the City of Calgary and is a member in good standing with the Certified Registered Massage Therapist Association.
Domingo is a dedicated individual with a passion for both massage therapy and martial arts. His journey into massage therapy was sparked by personal experience, having found relief from his own joint and muscle pain through the hands of a skilled therapist. This experience inspired Domingo to pursue formal training as a Massage Therapist.
Domingo’s expertise includes Swedish and deep tissue massage, cupping, hot stone therapy, stretching, and sports massage. These modalities allow him to address a wide range of musculoskeletal issues, drawing from his own experiences as a karate practitioner dealing with injuries and pain.
Beyond his professional pursuits, Domingo demonstrates a commitment to giving back to the community by teaching karate to children, including those with disabilities. In his personal time, Domingo enjoys staying active through activities like golf, running, and hiking. His love for travel and appreciation of beautiful scenery further enriches his life experiences and influences his holistic approach to health and wellness through massage therapy.
Dagiisuren Byamba, Registered Massage Therapist
Dagii graduated from Makami College in April 2024. She is licensed with the City of Calgary and is a member in good standing with the Certified Registered Massage Therapist Association.
Dagii has been able to transition her skills as an Esthetician from Mongolia into Massage Therapy and has found a way to bring her passion for relaxation and therapeutic treatments to her clients. Dagii offers a range of techniques like relaxation, deep tissue, and hot stone massages. Her specialization in head, scalp, face, and myofascial massage adds a unique touch to her sessions.
Outside of work, Dagii prioritizes family time with her children and enjoys activities like reading, going to the gym, and hiking. Her hobbies help her maintain balance and recharge after a busy day.
Louise James, Registered Massage Therapist
Louise graduated from ACMT in 2024. Her journey to becoming a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) is built on a solid foundation of 30 years in the dental industry, where she served as both a Dental Assistant and Manager. This extensive background in healthcare has deeply informed her approach to well-being and client care.
Inspired by her commitment to health, Louise also became a personal trainer and fitness athlete. This experience has further enhanced her understanding of health and well-being, allowing her to integrate fitness and body mechanics into her massage therapy practice.
Transitioning from a focus on oral health in the dental field to overall body wellness in massage therapy has broadened Louise's ability to positively impact clients health. She is committed to a client-centered approach, effective communication, and continuous improvement in her practice. Her diverse experiences in dental care, personal training, and fitness have collectively shaped her dedication to clinical excellence and comprehensive client care.
Louise offers a variety of massage modalities, including relaxation, deep tissue, hot stone, cupping, prenatal, and sport massage - and stay posted on her completion of The Advanced TMJ Certification.
In her free time, Louise enjoys spending quality time with her family, exploring the outdoors through kayaking and hiking, and finding new trails and waterways to discover. These activities help her maintain a balanced and active lifestyle, which she brings into her comprehensive approach to massage therapy.
Alyssa Daly, Registered Massage Therapist
Aly’s passion for wellness first took root on her yoga mat! It was here that she learned the innate healing that takes place when one chooses to take time to be in the present moment. In 2013 she began her teaching journey in a 200-Hour Hatha Yoga program. Since then, Aly has had many opportunities to further explore her love for wellness as both a student and teacher of yoga. In 2016 she graduated with a diploma of Natural Nutrition from the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition.
Aly has recently graduated from the Canadian Institute of Traditional Chinese Medicine. In 2025 she will graduate as a Doctor of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Acupuncturist.
Much like yoga, massage is an ancient healing modality that has the ability to connect the body, mind, and spirit. One of Aly’s favourite aspects of offering massage is holding space for each client and their needs! In her massage sessions, Aly infuses both western and eastern modalities that complement one another and encourage harmony. Massage naturally alleviates pain, gives one a boost of feel-good hormones, increases range of motion, strength, and longevity that leave Aly’s clients in a peaceful bliss.
Maria Mendoza, Registered Massage Therapist
Maria’s passion for helping others led her to pursue a career in massage therapy. She graduated from Makami College and is licensed with the City of Calgary and is a member in good standing with the Certified Registered Massage Therapist Association.
Maria has worked in various settings, including spas, clinics, and private practices. Her expertise includes Swedish massage, sports massage, trigger point massage, hot stone massage, myofascial release, prenatal massage, aromatherapy massage, fascia stretching, deep tissue, manual lymphatic drainage, cupping therapy and hypnotherapy. She provides personalized sessions that cater to each client's unique needs.

Rainy Paynter, Registered Massage Therapist
Rainy’s background and expertise make her an excellent choice for anyone seeking a skilled massage therapist. Luciana Jose, Registered Massage Therapist
Luciana is a Registered Massage Therapist with a Diploma in Massage Therapy from ERP College and graduated July 2024. Her journey to becoming a skilled RMT is marked by a diverse professional background and a deep-seated passion for helping others.
Before moving to Canada over 20 years ago, Luciana worked as a computer programmer in an electrical company, a role she found both fulfilling and enjoyable. Upon arriving in Canada, she transitioned through various industries, including food services at Costco, staff support at CBI, and interpreter services for the Canadian government and newcomers. It was through these diverse experiences that Luciana discovered her true calling in massage therapy.
Her interest in massage therapy was sparked by her genuine love for people and a desire to alleviate their health problems. Witnessing firsthand the impact of health issues on individuals' daily lives—whether it be muscle atrophy, depression, or stress—motivated her to pursue a more practical way to help others. Luciana believes in the profound power of touch and effective communication to not only provide relief but also to restore dignity, respect, and self-esteem.
Luciana’s philosophy is encapsulated in her favorite saying: "It is possible to navigate in the middle of the clouds; no matter how long it takes, step by step, we will arrive at the other side of the tunnel."

In addition to her professional skills, Luciana is known for her friendly, warm, and approachable demeanor. She is fluent in English, French, Portuguese, Spanish, and several other languages, which allows her to connect with a diverse range of clients.
Outside of her professional life, Luciana enjoys traveling, cooking and baking her own recipes, reading, listening to music, and going for long walks and hiking adventures.

Nele Cochet, Registered Massage Therapist
Nele began her journey into the world of sports therapy in 2013 with a focus on sports massages, injury prevention, and joint taping, having studied in Belgium. Her fascination with the human body and its interconnected systems led her to further her expertise at the Professional Institute of Massage Therapy in Calgary, where she graduated in December 2022.
She holds certifications in hot stone therapy, deep tissue, prenatal, relaxation, and therapeutic massage, and is currently expanding her skills with fascial technique. Nele's approach to massage is highly detailed and individualized; she visualizes the muscles in her clients' bodies and targets specific muscles with each stroke, addressing the underlying causes of pain rather than just the symptoms.
In her free time, Nele enjoys staying active through swimming and hiking during the summer. In winter, she shares her passion for the outdoors as a part-time instructor at Lake Louise.
Shannon Coaten, Registered Massage Therapist
Shannon graduated in 2017 from CDI and is with the Canadian Massage and Manual Osteopathic Therapists association. She became a RMT because of her interest in Anatomy, Sports, Exercise and Pathology. She has grown into a versatile therapist who has worked on everyone from all walks of life including Professional athletes with an array of acute to chronic conditions and also uses modalities such as cupping, hot stone and pregnancy massage.
Working with the different needs of each client, Shannon’s treatments range from intense deep tissue therapy or, if necessary, more relaxation focused to help each client deal with everyday stressors and to help promote the body’s own immune system and ability to promote self-healing with a treatment plan to maintain results.
With her deep understanding of how the body functions, and her excellent hands-on palpation skills, Shannon attempts to identify the root cause of her client’s problem(s) to deliver the best and most thorough treatment possible, encouraging healing, alleviating symptoms as well as maximizing performance. Pain is the body's request for change!
Shannon enjoys trying new things and being around good company. Anything that involves being active, outdoors is the key to Shannon’s heart.
Brittany Bell, Registered Massage Therapist
Brittany graduated from MCG College as valediction in 2023 with 2500 hours in advanced massage therapy. She had fantastic instructors and is thankful for the essential areas she was trained in to become a knowledgeable massage therapist. She has good standing with CMMOTA and the City of Calgary.
Brittany has also completed her associate degree in psychology at Thompson Rivers University and is passionate about helping with mental health issues, stress, and anxiety through therapeutic and relaxation massage treatments. She also has training in Thai massage as well as kinetic massage with a concentration on neck, shoulder, and hip specialization, and aims to prioritize customized treatment plans for each individual.
Originally from Prince Edward Island, Brittany loves to bring in the great communication skills and positive outlook she gained from growing up in the Maritimes. After moving to Calgary in 2008 she has loved the city ever since and appreciates all the opportunities and the wonderful people there. In her free time, Brittany loves to snowboard, attend hockey games, and to continue learning new modalities as a registered massage therapist.
Jenalyn Eknadan, Registered Massage Therapist
Jenalyn graduated from Eastwest College and is a member in good standing with the Certified Registered Massage Therapist Association.
Jenalyn’s approach is centered on holistic well-being, combining traditional techniques with modern understanding to provide a tailored experience for each client. Her specialty lies in therapeutic massage, focusing on deep tissue and sports massage to alleviate muscle tension and enhance recovery. She believes in the power of touch as a tool for healing and integrating mindfulness and relaxation practices to promote overall health and balance.
Outside of her work, her love for nature and family adds a wonderful dimension to her life. Those hikes and moments spent preparing meals must create such a warm and nurturing atmosphere for her children. Plus, her passion for personal growth through inspirational talks shows her dedication to not just helping others, but also herself. Lemelem Woldeselassie, Registered Massage Therapist
Lemelem graduated from ERP College in November 2022 and is licensed in Calgary. She is a proud member of the Canadian Massage and Manual Osteopathic Therapists Association. Her fascination with the human body and its healing abilities inspired her to pursue a career in massage therapy. Lem is trained in various techniques, including deep tissue, relaxation, therapeutic massage, hydrotherapy, joint mobilization, myofascial release, and trigger point release.
In her free time, she enjoys walking her dog, exercising at the gym, watching documentaries, doing housework, and taking care of her kids. Li hang, Registered Massage Therapist
Dr. Zhang is a dedicated healthcare professional specializing in acupuncture and massage therapy. With expertise in treating both acute and chronic conditions, she has a proven track record in alleviating headaches and chronic pain. Her passion for facial rejuvenation drives her continuous exploration and application of innovative techniques.
As a Registered Doctor of Acupuncture with the College of Acupuncturists of Alberta (CAA) and a Registered Massage Therapist with the Canadian Massage & Manual Osteopathic Therapists Association (CMMOTA), Dr. Zhang is committed to maintaining the highest standards of practice and ongoing education in her field.
In addition to her healthcare pursuits, Dr. Zhang holds a Ph.D. in Engineering from China University of Petroleum, showcasing her diverse intellectual background. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, hiking, and jogging, reflecting her commitment to a balanced and fulfilling lifestyle.
