Cherryl Balceda, Registered Massage Therapist
Cherryl was born in the Philippines, a country that she is so proud of! She worked in Japan for 3 years and loved living with different cultures and languages. Cherryl enjoys working with people and is driven to offer clients the most effective and safest care possible and wants each client to feel comfortable and at ease. Cherryl can treat clients with a wide variety of conditions such as Musculoskeletal Injury, Condition of Peripheral Nervous System, Postural Dysfunction by using variety of techniques such as Swedish and Non Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point released, Relaxation, Hydrotherapy and Stretching.
Eliana Sanchez, Registered Massage Therapist
Eliana was born in Lima, Peru. She was a kindergarten teacher for more than 18 years and has developed the capacity to understand what clients need and what is best for them. Eliana was the first student to her practicum at Massage Addict Sunridge! Once she completed her 2200 hours, she was hired on immediately. Eliana is always looking to implement new techniques to her repertoire to provide a higher level of relaxation. She specializes in hot stone, cupping, deep tissue and stretching techniques.
Ian Morales, Registered Massage Therapist
Ian was a former banker and a restaurant manager that was born and raised in the Philippines. In pursue of greener pastures and better future for his family, they moved to Canada and arrived as landed immigrants in 2013. Having to start from scratch, Ian utilized his skills in cooking and his vast experience in customer service to work on various jobs until deciding to pursue a different career. He chose to be a massage therapist because it enables him to help other people and still have time to take care of his family. A self confessed "massage addict" himself, Ian went to ABM College and completed 2355-hours of the massage therapy program and was immediately hired as the student clinic supervisor after his graduation.
Ian uses wide range of techniques to loosen muscles and connective tissues to help decrease pain, address dysfunctions and reduce tension. He always incorporate stretching in his massage sessions. He specializes in deep tissue massage, myofascial release and stretching but also likes to do relaxation and sports massage. He structures his treatment base on what the client wants and needs. He is continually trying to learn other modalities like cupping and hot stone among others in order to help him in his practice.
He speaks Tagalog, Bisaya (southern Filipino dialect) and English. On his spare time, he loves to cook and listen to music. He keeps himself fit by going to the gym as much as he can to work out.
Norman Marasigan, Registered Massage Therapist
Norman is a registered massage therapist since February 2020. He finished his 2200 massage therapy program in ABM college where he learned Swedish massage techniques and treatment plans in treating specific clients. He strongly believes that his education and practicum experience equipped him with so many knowledge and expertise in treating people with body pain and making their lives better than ever.
In his spare time, Norman loves travelling, hiking, and watching movies with his family and friends.
Sai Xaykasem, Registered Massage Therapist
Sai completed the Advanced Massage Therapy program at ABM College in February 2020. He strongly believes that his education, clinical practicum, and outreach exposures provided him with enough knowledge and expertise in treating and creating treatment plans for specific clients.
His treatment is a mixture of Swedish and Non-Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point Released, Relaxation, Hydrotherapy and Stretching techniques to provide therapeutic and relaxing massages. As an RMT, he is passionate and motivated to help and aid clients experiencing everyday life stress, tension and pain. He strives to achieve natural health healing care for his client with quality treatments.
When not at work Sai enjoys spending time with the family, and going to the gym whenever he can.
Brianne Wilds, Registered Massage Therapist
Brianne is a Calgary born and raised RMT. She graduated from the Foothills College of Massage Therapy in 2006 and is a member in good standing of the CMMOTA Massage Association. Even with her vast years of experience, Brianne feels that there is still so much to learn and love about massage.
From an early age, Brianne has been fascinated by the intricacies of the human body and how with the proper manipulation pain could be relieved. Brianne always knew she wanted to work in a positive, peaceful, and highly rewarding career. After some research and encouragement from RMT friends, she decided that becoming an RMT would fulfill her goal of helping others achieve a better quality of life. Brianne’s extensive continuing education includes skills in Dynamic Cupping, Hot Stone Therapy, Pre & Postnatal Massage, Myofascial Release, and Manual Lymphatic Drainage. Whether the guest’s goal is purely to melt away stress through a relaxing massage or to work out those stubborn trigger points, Brianne is eager to help!
Frederick Cabañero, Registered Massage Therapist
Frederick graduated from CDI college’s massage therapy diploma program. He has a B.Sc in Physical Therapy from the the Philippines. When he arrived in Canada, he chose to become a massage therapist so he could continue his quest to help people with their health and wellness goals. Frederick is a goal orientated therapist who uses soft tissue manipulation, anywhere from deep tissue to relaxation, in order to address the primary concerns of his clients and create a plan to manage it.
Frederick is kind and easy to get along with. In his spare time, he enjoys exploring food and photography and has over 200 vintage film cameras in his collection.
Andrea Carrascal, Registered Massage Therapist
Andrea was originally from the beautiful land of coffee, Colombia. Shortly after moving to Canada, she went to school and finished the Massage Therapy program of Makami College in 2018. She is currently a member of good standing with CRMTA. She's always been interested in helping and interacting with people ever since she was a young girl. That passion for helping and meeting people is what inspired her to become a Massage Therapist.
Andrea specializes in relaxation massage, trigger point and myofascial treatments. She is trained in both hot stone and dynamic cupping treatments. She makes sure that all her clients feel important during the session. Massage for her not only helps to release stress from the body, it also relaxes the soul as well.
Andrea also has passion for music and dancing. She like to enjoy every moment she can with her family and her handsome pet cat named Tintin.
Mark Arreola, Registered Massage Therapist
Mark graduated from ABM college in 2021. He is a member in good standing with CCMOTA. Through the experience of being in competitive sports, he can truly understand the feeling and the importance of getting a treatment massage. His goal is to be client-centered and be able to provide the desired treatment for clients who want to better themselves in regards to staying physically healthy.
In his spare time, Mark participates in MMA training 4x a week and likes to play the guitar.
Analiza Atienza, Registered Massage Therapist
Analiza was born and raised in the Philippines. She came from a family of healers. Her mother was a faith healer while her father practiced traditional
healing in the Philippines. Being around her parents, she developed an interest in helping other people to feel better. She studied massage therapy in the Philippines and decided to pursue it when she moved with her daughter to Canada in 2010. She took the 3000-hour Advanced Clinical Massage Therapy Program at Makami College and graduated in 2016.
With a couple of years now under her belt, Ana is skilled in lymphatic massage, prenatal, hot stone, cupping treatments. She specializes in deep tissue massage and stretching to help increase mobility and flexibility of a
tight muscle. She listens to her clients' concerns in order to address painful and troublesome areas. She always make sure that her clients are comfortable with her and relaxed throughout their treatment.
On her off days, Ana loves spending time with her family and friends doing outdoor activities like fishing, camping, hiking, and long drives. She also loves to sing and dance and hang out with her close friends.
Ruel Sajol, Registered Massage Therapist
Ruel finished the 2200-hour massage therapy program from ERP College. He is a member of good standing with the Canadian Massage and Manual Osteopathic Therapists Association (CMMOTA). He was born and raised in the Philippines but moved to Canada in 2014 to work as a restaurant manager. He found his calling in massage therapy and decided to completely change his career. He believes that through massage, he'll be able to help his family and other people improve their health and wellness.
His skill set includes trigger point release, myofascial work and ischemic compressions among others. He is adept to do therapeutic, relaxation and deep tissue treatments. His goal for every treatment is to help reduce pain and the physiological burdens of stress and anxiety. He is passionately dedicated to his career and always trying to improve and learn new things.
In his spare time, Ruel loves watching movies and being on social media. Having over 41,000 followers on various social media platforms , Ruel likes to post positive and happy contents to inspire people.
Melissa Esguerra, Registered Massage Therapist
Melissa finished the Massage Therapy program of Makami College in Calgary. She is an active member of CRMTA. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree In Nursing in the Philippines in 2008 and volunteered in hospitals there for three years. After a decade of being a nurse, she decided to take Massage Therapy, where she discovered her true calling as a therapist.
Melissa draws motivation to give her best treatment every time from her first client, which was her mom. It reminded her that clients are tired, exhausted, and suffering from pain because of work and taking care of their family. This fuels her drive to go the extra mile to help and assist people with fast healing by offering them quality treatment using a combination of Swedish, Deep tissue, Stretching, and some modalities.
She continues to learn and take continuing education courses to further enhance her skills. Her goal is to make each of her clients experience comfort, long-lasting results and relaxation in every treatment.
Jona Williams, Registered Massage Therapist
Jona came from a family of medical professionals in the Philippines. She was a nurse before she moved to Canada for a better future. She found her calling for massage therapy and she finished the 2245-hr massage therapy program of East West College. She is a registered member of good standing with the National Health Practitioner of Canada (NHPC).
She became an RMT to broaden her horizons and help people who are suffering from pain, recovering from injuries and to relieve them from daily stress. Jona uses wide range of techniques in her practice. She is trained to do Swedish, Therapeutic, relaxation and Deep tissue massage. She also received training in other modalities such as advance myofascial cupping, Hot and Cold Stone Massage.
She is self motivated, caring, passionate and an outgoing person. During her off days, she mostly spends her time with her family.
Rose Gliwitzki, Registered Massage Therapist
Rose finished the 2200-hour Massage Therapy program of ABM College. She is a member of good standing with the Natural Health Practitioners of Canada (NHPC). Caring for others is innate to her as she also a Health Care Aide and owns a degree in Midwifery in the Philippines. Wanting to continue her career in health care in Canada, Rose chose Massage Therapy as an opportunity to help people achieve total wellness.
Her skills include Swedish and Non-Swedish Technique, Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Release. She uses Deep Tissue Massage to address discomforts associated with muscular over-use and chronic pain conditions. She is also certified to perform dynamic cupping treatments.
On her off days, Rose likes to spend time with her family and friends.
Mary Grace "Gracie" Dizon, Registered Massage Therapist
Gracie finished the Advance Massage Therapy Program at ABM College in 2020. She likes to give personalized treatments to her clients and believes that a healing touch makes a big impact on peoples' lives. She finds fulfillment and happiness in knowing that she is able to help.
Her skillset includes Swedish relaxation, deep tissue, myofascial and trigger point therapy. She uses heat on most of her sessions. Gracie is certified to perform dynamic cupping and plans to continue learning more modalities to add to her repertoire.
Outside the treatment room, Gracie is very outgoing. She enjoys singing karaoke, going to the gym and doing Zumba to stay in shape.
Nisreen Fares, Registered Massage Therapist
Nisreen is a graduate of CDI College’s Massage Therapy & Advanced Massage Therapy programs. She completed the program in the summer of 2019. She enjoys assisting her clients in the healing process of the body while focusing on their concerns at the same time. Whether it is relaxation or deep tissue, she’s able to work to what you desire in your treatment.
Nisreen also has a passion for art and makeup. Painting acrylic portraits and doing custom art works are few of the things she likes to do on her spare times.
Monique Billutes, Registered Massage Therapist
Monique was born and raised in the Philippines. She graduated in ERP college, where she completed her Massage Therapy Program. She chose to become a massage therapist because of her passion of helping, caring, and treating people. She realizes the importance of massage and its positive effects physically, emotionally, and mentally to an individual. Monique is always looking forward to learning more techniques, knowledge, and new ways how to treat her clients well. She tailor fits every session according to her client’s concern and needs. May it be a relaxing massage after a tiring week or the relief from a chronic pain you have been praying for. Her specialties include Swedish, therapeutic, deep tissue, myofascial release, and trigger point therapy.
In her spare time, she enjoys travelling and spend time with his family and friends. She likes to cook, bake, and go camping. But her most favorite thing to do on her day offs is to watch movies with her family.
Jennilyn "Jenny" Aquino, Registered Massage Therapist
Jennilyn is a registered massage therapist and is a member in good standing with CMMOTA. She moved to Canada from the Philippines and started her career as a registered dental assistant.
Her passion for helping others achieve optimal wellness and keen understanding of the human body made her a massage therapist. She graduated her 2200-hour Massage Therapy Program at ERP College and as she continues to grow as a massage therapist, she looks forward to taking more courses to further her education to be able to give the best client care possible. She specializes in therapeutic massage techniques including Swedish or relaxation, deep tissue, myofascial release and trigger point. She is committed to providing personalized care to each client tailoring treatments to address individual concerns and needs.
Outside of being an RMT, she loves travelling and spending time with her family.
Brittany Secord, Registered Massage Therapist
Brittany finished her Massage Therapy program at Makami College and is excited to be out in the real world! She is a member of good standing with the CRMTA. Brittany became a Massage Therapist because she loves to help and make people feel better, relaxed & calm. Britt has always wanted to be an RMT since she was about 16 years old and now she’s finally living out her dreams. She does a mixture of treatment styles but her favorite is relaxation massage. She is certified to do cupping as well as hot stone treatments.
On her spare time, Brittany likes to hang out with her son, go hiking, read books and travel.
Nivret Singh Pandohal, Registered Massage Therapist
Nivret is a Licensed Acupuncturist and Registered Massage Therapist specializing in rehabilitation and injury prevention. He completed a Double Major in Traditional Chinese Medicine/Acupuncture and Massage Therapy from the Canadian Institute of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Additionally Nivret also completed the Neurofunctional Treatment of Sports Injuries Program from McMaster University, and Anatomy Trains Structural Integration program part 1 and part 2. His practice incorporates a range of techniques including electro-acupuncture, manual soft-tissue therapies such as micro-conditioning, myofascial techniques, Cyriax frictions and as well as herbal prescriptions and exercise recommendations. He is registered with the College of Acupuncturists of Alberta, Canadian Contemporary Acupuncture Association and the Natural Health Practitioners of Canada.
Kiranpal Kaur, Registered Massage Therapist
Kiranpal worked as a Health Care Aid for 4 years before deciding to take a different path and became a massage therapist. She finished her massage therapy program at CDI college and is currently a member with good standing of the Natural Health Practitioners of Canada (NHPC). She is also a certified personal trainer and nutritionist.
She specialize in deep tissue, therapeutic massage, cupping, myofascial release therapy and trigger point therapy. Kiran is dedicated in helping her clients achieve their wellness goals and improve their quality of life. Her treatments are aimed to increase circulation, reduce muscular tension, reduce stress and improve joint mobility.
In her spare times, Kiran likes to keep herself active by working out and doing outdoor activities.
Roda Aday, Registered Massage Therapist
Roda is originally from the Philippines but now calls Canada her home. She had previously worked in Taiwan but decided to move to "The Great White North" for better opportunities. Relying her previous experience as a massage therapist in the Philippines, she decided to continue her passion of helping others feel better by becoming an RMT in Canada. She finished her Massage Therapy program at ERP College and is currently a member of good standing with the Canadian Massage and Manual Osteopathic Therapists Association (CMMOTA) since 2022.
Roda uses a variety of techniques in her treatments. She specialize in Deep Tissue, Pregnancy, Myofascial and Trigger point therapy. She is well-rounded therapist and can adjust her treatment style depending on what the client needs. She is certified to do cupping and hot stone treatments. She also likes working with minors and kids.
In her spare time, Roda likes to cook and spend quality time with her kids.
Chloe Joy Fajardo, Registered Massage Therapist
Chloe was born and brought up in the province of Zambales in the Philippines. She finished her Massage Therapy program at Makami College and is currently a member of the CRMTA (Certified Registered Massage Therapist Association). She's always been curious and interested about the human anatomy, which led her to take massage therapy. She has a natural and genuine care for people, which makes her suited for this line of work.
Chloe’s treatment style aims to help alleviate pain and relax the muscles. She is trained to give hot stone, myofascial cupping, prenatal massage and manual lymphatic drainage treatments.
Outside of work, Chloe is an adventurous type of a person. She is always open to try something new such as new food, new places, and experiences.
Paulo Soledad, Registered Massage Therapist
Paulo graduated and finished his Massage Therapy Program at MaKami College. He is a member with good standing of the Certified Registered Massage Association (CRMTA).
He has experience in promoting different therapeutic techniques such as Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, cupping and myofascial release. Paulo customizes each session to meet the specific needs of his clients.
He has strong foundation in anatomy and deep understanding of how body responds to massage. Paulo focuses on physical and emotional healing, whether you're seeking relief from stress and chronic pain.
When not practicing a massage, Paulo enjoys travelling, hiking, camping and working out.
Aman Sangha, Registered Massage Therapist
Amandip Kaur Sangha was born in India, where she worked as a tuition teacher for 3 years. She came to Canada to explore new career paths. Initially, she worked as a truck dispatch. Later on and as time progressed, she decided to follow her dreams to become a massage therapist. In June 2024 she completed her Massage Therapy program at the Advance Institute of Wellness and Esthetics in Chestermere, Alberta. She specializes in Swedish, deep tissue, therapeutic massage, cupping, myofascial release therapy and trigger point therapy.
In her spare times, she likes to spend time with her family as well as cooking, singing and travelling.
Emily Cole, Registered Massage Therapist
Emily completed her 3000-hour Registered Massage Therapy program at MaKami College in Calgary and is a good standing member of the CRMTA. With a deep understanding of the connection between body and mind, Emily is dedicated to helping her clients feel their best. She offers a range of treatments, including Swedish, deep tissue, cupping, and hot stone massage, tailoring each session to meet her clients’ individual needs.
