Step by Step!

Here is a general overview of the treatment process for the Insurance Corporation of British Columbia (ICBC):

1. If you are involved in a car crash the first step is to report your injury (often referred to as ‘making a claim’) directly to ICBC. You can report your claim online or by phone 24 hours a day, every day.

2. Once your case has been reviewed and approved you will be given an injury claim number. Simply call a Massage Addict clinic with your ICBC claim number to book your first appointment.
   
   
3. Prior to or during your first appointment all necessary forms for your Massage Addict profile will need to be completed, including a credit card authorization form should your claim be denied.
   
   
4. Our Licensed Chiropractors will develop a Treatment Plan to help you recover from your injury.
   
   
5. For each treatment Massage Addict will directly bill ICBC.
