Briann Estey- Burtt, Registered Massage Therapist
I am a country girl who has always enjoyed a love of science and have a passion for helping people. In the spring of 2018 I completed the 2200 hour Registered Massage Therapy program here in Fredericton at Eastern College. Massage Therapy is a wonderful fit for me as I can treat humans and move on to include animals as well when the time comes. I have never shied away from hard work and I absolutely love to be presented with a challenge -- whether that challenge is some deep tissue work, helping you relax if you are expecting, or just some good old time to yourself. I am a quiet person, when treating, as I find it helps me to focus and give you, the client, the best treatment possible. I am able to listen not only to your words, but also to what your body is telling me and then work with you and your body to address the issue at hand in an effort to get you back out into the world and enjoy life. At the end of the appointment, seeing a client relaxed and smiling is all I need to feel like I have done my job and done it well!
Caitlin Hoyt, Registered Massage Therapist

Caitlin looks forward to continuing her massage therapy education to add other modalities and techniques to her range of abilities. She looks forward to meeting new clients and working with both new and existing clients to improve their health and well-being through massage.
Ava Brown, Registered Massage Therapist
Hi there! Thank you for stopping by.
A little about my career: I have been a member in good standing with the New Brunswick Massage Association, and the CMTNB, since graduation from CCMH (Bedford NS) in 2006. I have a lovely blend of massage experience, thanks to years of working in different spas, gyms, health clinics, a yoga studio, as well as outbound work for people in their homes and office environments.
TMJ dysfunction is a niche market for me. This work can aid in decreasing intensity, and frequency of migraines, headaches, upper body tension, tooth pain, and mobility of the jaw. I have a keen interest in energy, energy techniques, and how it all affects the body.
I am a firm believer in “where the mind goes, the body follows.
I am also trained to help you with the following:
Myofascial release (Cupping and gua sha would also be in this category)
- Deep tissue techniques
- Prenatal massage
- Therapeutic hot stone
- Have taken workshops in learning how to better treat clients who have PTSD
- Relaxation massage
- Treatment for those with chronic pain conditions such as arthritis, and fibromyalgia
- Certified in Reiki (Level 1 only, thus far)
I hope this is clear and helpful. Thank you so much, and I look forward to working with you!

Emma Ruff, Registered Massage Therapist
Hi, I’m Emma! I graduated with honours from Eastern College in June of 2024. I may be new to the field, but don’t worry, I have lots of practice from hands on clinical in school. My goal is to help as many people as I can to not only manage, but to decrease their pain, discomfort, and stress. I am hoping to soon expand my knowledge so I can treat with different modalities, such as myofascial release and prenatal massage.
