Chris (Shep) Sheppard, Registered Massage Therapist
Shep is a graduate from the Canadian College of Massage & Hydrotherapy in Halifax, Nova Scotia. During his time at the College, he focused on pregnancy and sport massage during his outreach clinics.
Shep, while having gentle and steady hands making him a natural with lymphatic drainage and TMJ massage, prefers performing deep tissue and sport massages. Reading the body like braille, Shep knows when a heavy or light touch is required. This means treating the source of your musculoskeletal problems, not just the symptoms.
Shep is also very active with weight resistance and cardio training giving him the upper hand in human kinetics. This enables him to give you the best take home stretching and strengthening protocols to accelerate your recovery time.

Breanna Kelsey, Registered Massage Therapist
Breanna is a graduate from the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy (CCMH). During her time there she focused on treating neurological conditions and enhanced care. Working with conditions such as Fibromyalgia, Multiple Sclerosis and more. She is also a member in good standing with the Massage Therapy Association of Nova Scotia (MTANS).
Breanna treated other conditions during her time at CCMH such as Chronic low back pain, tension headaches and migraines, strains, sprains, TMJ Dysfunction, pregnancy, patellofemoral syndrome, Sciatica/pififormis syndrome, OA and many more.
She volunteered at the Blue Nose marathon, Limelight Dance competition, Aids Walk, Alzhiemers walk treating volunteers as well as the walkers/runners/dancers.
Breanna thrives on learning new ways to help heal ourselves and promote overall good health. Massage Therapy has afforded Breanna the opportunity to expand her knowledge in natural healing allowing her to share it with her clients.

Madison Burke, Registered Massage Therapist
Madison is a graduate from Canadian college of Massage and Hydrotherapy (CCMH). During her time there, she focused on treating different types of musculoskeletal injuries as well as arthritis conditions. Madison has treated conditions such as low back pain, fibromyalgia, multiple sclerosis p, sciatica, osteoarthritis and many more with amazing results.
Having a gentle approach to the body, Madison listens to the body as well as her patient to ensure an effective and relaxing treatment. Madison has a passion for learning about different ways to heal ourselves and promote new ways to create healthy habits. Massage therapy has given Madison a way to expand her knowledge and passion for a natural approach to the body that she is excited to share with her patients.

Lisa Kennedy-Normore, Registered Massage Therapist
Lisa graduated in 1997 from a 2200 hour massage therapy program in her home province of Newfoundland and Labrador. She has practiced and resided in Nova Scotia for the past ten years and is an active member of the Massage Therapists Association of Nova Scotia.
Over the course of her career, Lisa has taken part in a variety of continuing education opportunities. her most used techniques for healing include; Myofascial release, deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy.
As a new member of the Massage Addict Larry Uteck team, Lisa is looking forward to treating new clients of all ages and levels of health. Her treatments are aimed to meet your goals for pain reduction, improved mobility, stress relief or general health and wellness.

Kimerley Raadi, Registered Massage Therapist
Kimberley became licensed as a Registered Massage Therapist with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO) in 2013 and is currently a member of the Massage Therapists Association of Nova Scotia (MTANS).
She enjoys working with clients to help them to reach their treatment goals. She has treated those with neurological conditions, sports related injuries, repetitive strains, deep tissue, pre and post natal, hot stone and myofascial release of trigger points, a certification in cupping and integrates stretches and remedial exercises for a successful treatment plan.

Alex Wallace, Registered Massage Therapist
Alex graduated from Eastern College and his mission is to meet client satisfaction with treatments tailored to suite their individual needs.
Alex specializes in relaxation and deep tissue Swedish Massage for those seeking benefits of relaxation or rehabilitation. Helping to decrease pain, relax muscles , reduce stress, improve immune function, increase range of motion and sense of wellbeing is his area of focus. With careful listening and effective selection of treatments Alex aims to meet each client’s best possible outcome.
Zack Thomson, Registered Massage Therapist
Zack graduated with distinction from the Eastern College Massage Therapy Program in 2017. Where he honed the many complex techniques required to treat an array of conditions.
Zack chose Massage Therapy because he has a keen interest in reducing people's chronic pain and increasing their quality of life. He enjoys working in conjunction with his clients and colleagues to create an individualized treatment plan.
When not in the treatment room, Zack enjoys playing in multiple sports leagues across HRM, and spending time with his wife and two young children.
During Zack’s time working as an RMT he has focused on deep pressure massage as well as chronic and acute neck pain. Whether your pain is the result of an injury or poor posture in your daily life, he will work with you to alleviate your pain.
Sarah Fraser, Registered Massage Therapist
Sarah is a Registered Massage Therapist and MTANS member with over three years of training and experience. She has had the opportunity to train in sports therapy with the Halifax Thunderbirds lacrosse team along with the Halifax Wanderers soccer team, and the Halifax Mooseheads hockey team during her RMT training. These opportunities has lead her to where her passion lies, in deep tissue therapeutic massage. Sarah is also experienced in relaxation massage and is certified in hot stone therapy.
Her versatile skill set and her treatment styles enable her to meet her clients wellness goals and help them feel their best.
Catherine Chamberlain, Registered Massage Therapist
Catherine has been part of the Massage Addict family for most of the last 10 years. She completed the 2200 hour program from ICT Northumberland College. Catherine enjoys treating a diverse clientele with a variety of conditions including acute injuries, chronic pain, postural issues, or simply the need to relax. She tailors her clients unique needs and can vary her pressure from a light touch to deep tissue based on her clients preferences. Catherine has a variety of skills that she uses to achieve the best results for her clients including Swedish massage techniques, trigger point release, cupping, joint mobilizations, and more. Catherine has a passion for treating prenatal clients and those who are trying to conceive using Fertility Enhancing Massage. She believes massage therapy can play a critical role in the overall wellbeing of those she works with and looks forward to helping her clients meet their wellness goals.
