Heather Rahel, Registered Massage Therapist
Heather was born and raised in Quebec. She has lived in many different places, but now calls London home. Before studying to become a massage therapist Heather worked as a childcare teacher for several years, and enjoys working with children to this day. Heather graduated with a massage therapy diploma from the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy in 2011. During her time there she devoted many hours to Hospital and Sports Outreaches. She had the opportunity to work specifically with athletes at the University of Waterloo as part of her Sports hours and came away with a better understanding of many different types of injuries and sports therapies. Heather left school with a specialized diploma in Hospital Massage due to the amount of hours spent in the Trinity Geriatrics Hospital and Hospice Wellington.
Since graduating Heather has completed many continuing education courses specializing in Deep Tissue and Fascial Therapies. Her daily purpose is to offer individually tailored massage treatments to relieve pain and stress, rehabilitate injuries, and assist in the overall wellbeing of clients.
