Liam Stafford, Registered Massage Therapist
Liam comes to Massage Addict Niagara Falls as a graduate of the Ontario College of Health and Technology where he had extensive training on anatomy, physiology, assessment skills and treatment techniques, ranging from trigger point therapy and myofascial release techniques. Liam focuses on injury rehabilitation and pain management and is committed to helping patients regain their vitality and wellness. Liam focuses on each patient's needs and builds a treatment including deep tissue work, cupping therapy, as well as general massage therapy technique.
Outside of the clinic, Liam enjoys hiking and stargazing. He has been a practitioner of Tai Chi and Qigong for the past 5 years. These practices have not only benefitted him in life, but also helps inform his approach to patient care in the form of movement therapy.
Jenny Sheppard, Registered Massage Therapist
Jenny graduated from Trillium College in 2018 and has been practicing massage therapy since then. Jenny focuses on each individual patient, and creates a treatment plan specifically for them.
Jenny is skilled in both Swedish massage techniques, as well as advanced therapeutic techniques to provide the best care possible. Jenny continues to increase her knowledge base by continuing education to further assist patients.
Christina Pizzacalla, Registered Massage Therapist
Christina graduated from Trillium college in 2020, following her previous education in nursing. She has worked in a number of diverse therapeutic settings focused on preventative health, rehabilitation and maintenance. Christina works hard to develop treatment plans for each individual patient and works with them to develop a pain free lifestyle.
Christina volunteered at the Canada Games where she worked closely with elite level athletes. Her passion for health and wellness began very early on as a competitive soccer and hockey player.
Christina later pursued training in martial arts. Christina actively competes in Brazilian Jujitsu and also enjoys coaching children.
Anumol Amal, Registered Massage Therapist
Anumol is a graduate of Trillium College in St Catharines, with over 330 hours of hands-on experience in outreach and clinical settings including the clinic. She has had opportunities to work with many populations including infants, pregnancy, athletes and long term care patients, each having a range of health conditions and specialized needs.
She is trained in Swedish massage, Deep tissue, Myofascial, Trigger point release and Hydrotherapy. Through the use of assessment tools such as joint play, orthopedic tests, muscle length and strength testing and range of motion she aims to tailor treatment plans to each client's individual needs.
Anumol is passionate about health and wellness and has a goal of relieving pain and introducing relaxation to her clients.
Amal Ambalathinkal Ravi, Registered Massage Therapist
Amal became a Registered Massage Therapist after graduating from the Massage Therapy Program at Medix College Brampton. Amal has a strong knowledge of human anatomy and the benefits of massage therapy. He is very capable of understanding the problems of clients through performing orthopedic assessments and neurological assessments among others.
Amal is well trained in a variety of techniques such as Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, myofascial and trigger point release, joint mobilizations, stretches and now Indie Head Massage, Cupping and Hot Stone Massage as well. He enjoys working with all age groups to further their well-being and accomplish their treatment goals.
Namtra Rani, Registered Massage Therapist
Namtra comes to us with distinction from Mississauga. She has worked in many different settings including clinic areas as well as spa settings.
Namtra's goal is to enhance client well-being through expert application of deep tissue and Swedish massage techniques. Renowned for her professionalism and ethics, Namtra continuously expands her skill set through research and education, mastering aromatherapy and cupping therapy to offer personalized therapeutic experiences.
Namtra is skilled in trigger point therapy, cupping and hot stone work. She also enjoys prenatal ansd strees relief therapy.
Kristine Bantigue, Registered Massage Therapist
Kristine is a registered member of the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario and a graduate of the Ontario College of Health and Technology. In 2023, she completed her Bachelor of Kinesiology Degree at Brock University. Kristine has practical experience working as a Chiropractic Assistant and Student Therapist for the Ontario Player Development League.
Through her clinical experiences, Kristine developed a keen interest in improving her knowledge and expand her range of skills in the realm of massage therapy. She finds fulfillment in working with individuals facing various challenges, be it sports-related injuries, postural imbalances, or work-related issues. Kristine's ultimate goal is to contribute to enhancing the quality of life for her patients and assisting them in achieving a pain-free, active lifestyle.
Outside of her professional pursuits, Kristine maintains an active lifestyle by engaging in sports like volleyball, basketball, and badminton. Her work reflects her positive, energetic, and compassionate personality, demonstrating her unwavering dedication to delivering an exceptional patient experience.
Divina Poulsen-Maye, Registered Massage Therapist
Divina Poulsen-Maye graduated from Trillium College with honors diploma in Massage Therapy Program in 2018. Divina is client-centered, concentrating in deep tissue, trigger point therapy and relaxation massages. She has seen first-hand how massage therapy can enhance a person’s self-image and improve an individual’s health and wellness on both physical and mental level. “It’s a very rewarding feeling knowing that I have helped someone heal and made a positive impact on their overall wellbeing”.
On her spare time, she is often reading, doing research and taking courses to further help her clients, working out, meditating and spending time with her family.
Amanda Enns, Registered Massage Therapist
Amanda has graduated from Ontario College of Health and Technology in 2013. She is dedicated to giving the best care possible to her patients using Swedish techniques, deep tissue and trigger point therapy. Amanda is certified in hot stone massage as well. Amanda's goals are to diminish tension and patients stress while increasing their range of motion and improving their quality of life.
Amanda has worked at the Vintage Inns and Spa for over 7 years, as well as, throughout the area in local clinics. She has previously been involved with equine massage and is a current horse trainer and owner.
David Pandolfi, Registered Massage Therapist
David joins us as an RMT graduate from Ontario College of Health and Technology. For the past two years, David has been the head Athletic Therapist for the OHL's Niagara Ice Dogs, working with the highest level of young athletes. As a massage therapist, he uses a holistic approach to address the root cause of pain and incorporates injury prevention to each of his patients. David has experience in deep tissue work, trigger point therapy, soft tissue release as well as general therapeutic massage. David tailors his treatments based on the needs and goals of each individual patient. He strives to help people become the best version of themselves. David incorporates not only the physical aspect of treatment and rehabilitation, but also the mental aspect through adding a positive mindset to the treatment room.
In his 20-year Tae Kwon Do career as an Athlete and Coach, he has competed on the international stage for Canada 5 times (ITF, GTF and ICTF). Despite being a specialist in combat sports, David holds a wide range of experience as he worked alongside Ryerson’s Men’s Hockey Team, Ontario Basketball, Ontario Wrestling and The Hamilton Tiger-Cats Football Club.
Jill Speight, Registered Massage Therapist
Jill has been practicing massage therapy in the Niagara area for over 10 years and has won multiple Niagara Falls Review awards. Jill graduated from the Massage Therapy program at the Ontario College of Health and Technology with honours. Since graduation she has also continued her education to include Hot Stone Massage, Reiki Levels I/II, Lumbosacral & Pelvic Mobilization Techniques.
Her further educational interests include but are not limited to Matrix Re-patterning Therapy, Somatics, Ashiatsu Barefoot Massage, Reflexology, Craniosacral Therapy, Ayurvedic Practitioner and Yoga training.
Massage Therapy can help with so many ailments we encounter throughout our lives. Jill is very grateful and passionate about having the ability to offer help to those in need. Jill focuses on building a treatment plan based on each of her patients needs.
Isabella D'Amico, Registered Massage Therapist
Isabella completed her Massage Diploma at Trillium College with honours in 2023. She believes massage is a great tool to positively impact physical and mental well being.
Isabella has a therapeutic evidence based approach used by comfortably applying advanced techniques to reduce pain and improve range of motion. Isabella's passionate about curating a treatment plan specific to the client's needs. She integrates the client into treatment by educating them on their condition, and giving them the tools to be an active participant in their journey to recovery. Isabella is also experienced with relaxation massage, trigger point therapy, and cupping. Outside of work she enjoys gardening and going to the gym.
Scot Fisher, Registered Massage Therapist
Scot Fisher is returning to the Massage Addict Niagara Falls, as not only an RMT but also as the new co-owner. Scot has been a Registered Massage Therapist for the past 22 years. He spent 7 years working at Brock University with varsity athletes as well as students. Prior to Massage Addict, Scot practiced at the Pillar and Post Spa for 18 years where he was lead therapist for 5 years of his time. Scot has done talks with local businesses to discuss the benefits of massage therapy as well.
Scot is trained in numerous massage techniques including soft tissue release, deep tissue muscle work, and active isolated stretching. Scot's goal is to develop the treatment plan needed to fit each patient's needs and goals.
Scot has a focus on muscle imbalance issues specifically related to, but not only, the office and computer worker, and people who spend long periods of time driving or sitting. Scot looks forward to continuing his dual roles at Massage Addict and meeting all of our patients.
Paul Holjak, Registered Massage Therapist
Paul has been a Registered Massage Therapist for the past 4 years. Graduating from Ontario School of Health and Technology in Stoney Creek in 2017. Paul has a background in athletic therapy from the United States, where he worked with university athletes, while playing Division 1 soccer.
Paul focuses his treatments based on each patients needs and goals. He focuses on improving range of motion, releasing muscle imbalances, and improving quality of life. Paul has experience in deep tissue work, trigger point therapy, soft tissue release as well as general therapeutic massage. Paul uses cupping therapy to help increase patients circulation and decrease their pain levels.
Paul is the co-owner of the Massage Addict Niagara Falls as well as an RMT. His previous practice has been focused in the Niagara area where he had a successful business before obtaining ownership of this location. Paul has recently been awarded double platinum recognition in 2019 from the Niagara Falls Review Readers Choice.

Ivo Ivanov, Registered Massage Therapist
Ivo has been practising massage therapy for over 20 years. Ivo is a holistic therapist concentrating in deep tissue, sport massage, trigger point therapy and relaxation massages. He is trained in hot stone therapy as well as many other techniques. Ivo creates treatments for each individual while discussing nutrition, stress coping, and lifestyle. Ivo has experience in multiple clinical settings, as well as over 10 years in various spa settings. Ivo also spent over 3 years in Toronto hospitals caring for patients.
Ivo believes that the key to longevity in life is self care. In his off time, Ivo likes learning about natural preventative approaches to well being.
