Taylor Callaghan, Registered Massage Therapist
Taylor is a Registered Massage Therapist, who graduated from Academy Canada’s Massage Therapy program in 2020 and has been actively practicing since. Taylor is dedicated to ensure her clients get the best treatment, unique to them, each and every time! Working with the clients needs to ensure they progress, or maintain, their personal therapeutic goals. Taylor is enthusiastic about progressing her continuing education to be able to offer a larger variety of therapeutic techniques for her clients. Currently Taylor uses cupping, general swedish massage, deep tissue work, trigger point release, joint mobilizations, myofascial release, and more. Taylor is in good standing with both the CMTNL and the NLMTA.
Joseph Willcott, Registered Massage Therapist
While attaining his degree in Kinesiology (MUN, 2019) Joseph became interested in health and wellness professions and shortly after started his personal training practice. Through working with many persons of varying activity levels and backgrounds and through his own health and wellness journey, Joseph has developed a strong sense and base of physical fitness knowledge, coupled with a desire to help others. After completing his degree and realizing he could do more to help those around him he set out to pursue massage therapy
Joseph is eager to use his knowledge and practical skills with his background working with a wide varierty of persons to meet his clients needs to help them return to their favorite activities, recover from injuries or to simply relax and get away from their stress.
Joseph focuses on the basics and foundational techniques that are included in General Swedish Massage with the use of myofascial releases, trigger point releases, deep tissue work, and prescribing remedial exercise and home care.
Joseph believes everyone should be able to live their life at the best of their abilities and is here to encourage and promote health in any way he can.

Ashley Porter, Registered Massage Therapist
Ashley graduated from the 2200 hour massage therapy program offered at Academy Canada and is a member in good standing with the CMTNL & NLMTA. Ashley has always had a passion for helping others which has lead her to this career.
Ashley is trained in therapeutic massage, deep tissue massage pain and physical dysfunction. She has a special interest in working with new and expecting mothers, as well as infants and youth. She prides herself on bringing client care ‘full circle’ and seeing clients through various stages of healing to rehabilitation helping to return them to the activities they enjoy most in life.
Whether it is helping you maintain a healthy lifestyle, or assisting your return to optimal performance, Ashley is committed to treating and educating every client.
Adam Wells, Registered Massage Therapist
Adam Wells is a Registered Massage Therapist in good standing with the CMTNL and NLMTA. He is a recent graduate of Eastern Academy having completed the Massage therapy program in July 2023.
He is passionate about anatomy, the recovery of the human body & mind and is highly motivated to help people live their best possible life.
In his spare time in enjoys exercise, body building and animals.
Emily Osborne, Registered Massage Therapist
Emily performs her massage therapy treatments with an active problem solving approach to ensure her clients leave feeling a noticeable improvement after each treatment. She strives to accomplish each individual’s health goals by ensuring they are provided with proper assessment and treatment planning. Emily offers deep tissue massage, myofascial work, trigger point therapy, manual lymph drainage, joint mobilization, as well as treatments for:

Katie Miller, Registered Massage Therapist
Proud Member in good standing with the Newfoundland and Labrador Massage Therapy Association (NLMTA) and the College of Massage Therapists of Newfoundland and Labrador (CMTNL).
Born and raised in Portugal Cove-St. Phillips, Newfoundland and Labrador Katie's journey began when she earned her Level II Dental Assisting Diploma from Keyin College in August 2013. Her dedication to healthcare continued as she recently expanded her expertise by obtaining a Diploma in Health and Human Science in Massage Therapy in August 2024.
Katie is passionate in creating a welcoming and inviting treatment environment. With a friendly smile and a caring attitude, strives to make each patient’s visit as comfortable and positive as possible.
Outside of work, Katie is an avid lover of the outdoors. Whether it’s camping in the country, relaxing at the cabin, or exploring a trail, you’ll find her embracing nature's beauty with her dog, family, and friends. Rain or shine, Katie is always eager to enjoy her time with her clients or in the great outdoors.
