Philip Tith, Registered Massage Therapist
Phillip began his massage career in 2008. Having worked at a rehabilitation centre early in his career in Ontario he's treated patients with various conditions such as fractures, sprains and fibromyalgia. Phillip also practiced at a spa and Yoga studio where he treated a variety of clients mainly office desk workers dealing with chronic posturing, clients with stress and weekend warriors. Along his career he's had a chance to study Thai Massage in Chiang Mai Thailand and Toronto Ontario to train and explore the tradition and art.
Whether treatment or relaxation he takes the time to understand any clients' need and comfort level to give an enjoyable and effective massage.
In his free time you can find him walking his dog daily. He enjoys travelling out of the province whenever he can.
Darya Basaran, Registered Massage Therapist
Darya is a graduate of the West Coast College of Massage Therapy. Her interest in the human body, as well as her desire to help people with various orthopaedic conditions and chronic pain, led her to a career in massage therapy. Her experience includes but is not limited to treating patients in the G.F. Strong Rehabilitation centre, as well as patients with Multiple Sclerosis, pre-/postpartum women, and people with chronic pain. She will create a specific treatment plan to address your needs and provide an effective and relaxing massage treatment to improve your quality of life and aid in your recovery.
Christopher Basaran, Registered Massage Therapist
Christopher is a graduate of the West Coast College of Massage Therapy. He has a great work ethic and passion to help others through massage by treating symptoms of pain and dysfunction, while addressing the underlying cause. Having previously worked as a personal trainer for 5 years, Christopher gained an appreciation for the importance of proper biomechanics in preventing fitness related injuries and improving overall health and wellness. Christopher has treated patients at G.F. Strong Rehabilitation centre, Multiple sclerosis clinic, and George Pearson assisted living facility where he helped patients with a wide range of conditions such as strains, sprains, tendonitis, nerve related injuries, chronic pain syndromes, and pathologies related to poor posture and ergonomics.
Christopher will provide you with proper pre- and post-treatment assessments, and organized and effective massage treatments as well as a relevant and instructed home care.
Deborah Cummings, Registered Massage Therapist
Deb graduated from West Coast College of Massage Therapy in 2018. Her clinic outreaches included the MS outreach, GF Strong for spinal cord injuries, prenatal massage, and other neurological disorders including fibromyalgia and Parkinson's disease. Deb is an active member of the RMTBC Association. Deb caters her treatments to her client’s needs, whether its deep tissue work or light relaxation pressure while addressing postural disfunction and any muscle imbalances.
Deb has an active lifestyle including running, hiking, canoeing and yoga.
Denis Ng, Registered Massage Therapist
Denis has been practicing massage therapy since 2011. He holds a specialized honours certificate in Kinesiology and has been a personal trainer for more than 8 years. Previously he was a service provider for the Canadian Sport Center while practicing at a sport therapy clinic. In his current clinical practice, he focuses on injury prevention, rehabilitation, and corrective self-care protocols.
Denis has as passion for rock climbing and participated in the first Canadian Climbing Medicine Symposium. Since then, he integrates knowledge on climbing injuries with rehabilitation to help climbers recover. During his leisure time you will find him travelling the world to climb.
Jun Kang, Registered Massage Therapist
Jun graduated from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy here in British Columbia. He truly understands the importance of well-being and how his profession contributes to longevity filled with abundant health. His personal experience in competitive sports including golf, basketball, and Judo has offered him great lessons in rehabilitation and conditioning. Jun also has a keen interest in fitness and weightlifting. He is an experienced personal trainer with a Sports Science Diploma. Whether you are looking for therapeutic work or simply looking for maintenance, Jun has the knowledge and dedication to help you achieve your goals.
Jun treats a range of patients including health-care workers and varsity athletes providing him valuable experience in dealing with a diverse range of conditions such as headaches, frozen shoulder, shoulder impingement, chronic hip/lower back pain, and sport related injuries.
Outside of work, Jun enjoys going for hikes, runs, and playing golf.
Joanna Gunn, Registered Massage Therapist
Joanna first became interested in Massage Therapy after a cycling injury. Her recovery included seeing a Registered Massage Therapist, sparking her interest in the healing role of Massage. Since graduating from the Vancouver College of Massage Therapy, Joanna has enjoyed utilizing her knowledge and skills to help clients on their roads to recovery.
Joanna has an empathetic and personalized approach to her practice, offering various types of Massage including Therapeutic, Swedish, and Prenatal. Joanna has pursued further certification in Therapeutic Hot Stone Massage, a treatment that has been used worldwide for centuries, known for its powerful healing and relaxation benefits.
When away from the massage table, Joanna enjoys getting out onto the local mountains to hike and snowboard.
Selina Jiang, Registered Massage Therapist
Selina graduated from Vancouver College of Massage Therapy and started her career in 2022. New to this field, she is passionate about finding the tight spots in patients' bodies and addressing them to alleviate the pain. She combines Swedish and deep tissue techniques to provide a safe, relaxing and effective treatment. She also likes to address the underlying cause, such as posture issues and daily habits, then provide a solution to help patients achieve long-term wellness. She has been treating a span of patients with different complaints, such as neck and shoulder pain, whiplash, and lower back pain; with underlying conditions such as diabetes, headaches, disc herniation, high blood pressure, fibromyalgia, arthritis and more. Selina is fluent in English and Mandarin.
Lisa (Lirong) Zhou, Registered Massage Therapist
Lisa Zhou earned a doctoral degree in Biology in China before immigrated to Canada, where she was teaching and doing scientific research in Sichuan University. After landing in Canada, she did one- year of scientific research in UBC and later switched to learn body care and get a spa diploma in New Image College in Vancouver.
After 2 years of body worker experience in the Tri-cities, she decided to link her biological background to the health care career to benefit the patients, so she went to Trios College in Toronto to start the RMT journey during Covid-19. Before she transferred her Ontario RMT license to BC, she gained 2 years of massage experience in Toronto Chinatown where she has gained some Chinese traditional massage techniques (Tuina) and was a member of international Association of Thai massage. She is always motivated to continue education and learn new skills, such as Chinese traditional medicine theory and science. She is good at logical thinking so that she can use her knowledge to better understand patient’s situation and design a specific treatment plan for patients.

Van Dung Dinh (William), Registered Massage Therapist
Van Dung Dinh (William) have graduated from WCCMT in New Westminster, BC since 2018 and started working in BC from the beginning of 2019 and is in good standing.
William has had a wide range of experience, from working with various sports injury conditions, to Industrial athletes and general populations. He has extensive knowledge in both acute and chronic injuries and has a passion for helping people. He can also provide TMJ, neck and head treatments (helps with headaches).
He is a passionate and determined Registered Massage Therapist with strong love to help anyone in need. He always strives to help and provide the best care to those he sees.
Trenton Stone-Vanderkooi, Registered Massage Therapist
Trenton is a graduate from Vancouver Career College (VCC) where he studied massage therapy. His passion for therapy emerged after many years of playing competitive sports and recovery from personal injuries. He is excited to utilize his experience with competitive sports and knowledge of massage therapy to help others. He is particularly interested in treating shoulder cuff injuries, low back pain, TMJ dysfunction, and return to sport. In his personal life, Trenton enjoys competitive boxing, hiking, bouldering, and playing basketball. He also enjoys playing guitar and games with friends.
Dylan Frayne, Registered Massage Therapist
Dylan graduated from West Coast College of Massage Therapy in 2023, and belongs to the College of Massage Therapists of BC. Dylan became an RMT because they are passionate about anatomy and physiology, and the wellness that can be achieved through massage therapy. Their main goal is helping others through pain and struggles they may face on a daily basis. Dylan is trained in many massage therapy modalities such as neuromuscular therapy, myofascial release, joint mobilizations, hydrotherapy, Swedish massage and therapeutic exercise. Dylan's approach to massage therapy is centered around patient care and attentiveness. They believe in utilizing massage therapy as a tool to facilitiate patient recovery, no matter the condition. Whether it be creating a relaxing environment for those under high stress or chatting through the pain, working on an injury, Dylan is happy to help. In their free time, Dylan enjoys hiking, kayaking and playing video games.
Paris Kumar, Registered Massage Therapist
Paris is a graduate of the West Coast College of Massage Therapy. While there, he focused his practice on nervous system pathologies, pregnancy, and sports massage. Paris is passionate about helping his patients joints and muscles feel their best after each treatment. He believes the most effective treatments involve quality hands on time in the treatment room, as well as proper homecare.
Paris grew up doing Mixed Martial Arts, and present day enjoys learning more about how biomechanics effect exercise and proper body function.
Angelika Loree, Registered Massage Therapist
Angelika graduated from West Coast College of Massage Therapy in 2014. With nearly a decade of experience in her practice, she has worked in both spa and clinical settings, gaining a wealth of experience along the way.
Her approach is characterized by a fusion of relaxation and deep pressure techniques, aimed at fostering profound rejuvenation and healing. Angelika’s keen attention to detail and intuitive hands allow her to customize each session to meet the unique needs of every individual under her care.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her young family and exploring the outdoors. Angelika is excited to help her patients find comfort and relaxation at Massage Addict.
Nadia Bleeker, Registered Massage Therapist
Nadia Bleeker, is a registered massage therapist from West Coast College of Massage and she brings a wealth of experience and passion to her practice. Her journey into massage therapy was fueled by an innate curiosity about the human body and a deep-seated desire to aid individuals in achieving optimal physical and mental well-being. With a background in personal training and dance instruction spanning over a decade, Nadia understands the profound impact that movement and body mechanics have on overall health.
Her approach to massage therapy is characterized by a specialization in rehabilitation and corrective techniques, aimed at alleviating pain, improving mobility, and enhancing physical function. Nadia's expertise encompasses modalities such as Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, pre and post-sports massage, and myofascial release.
Beyond her professional pursuits, Nadia is deeply invested in art, dance, psychology, and personal growth. She finds fulfillment in collaborating with clients to attain their mental and physical health objectives. During her leisure time, she immerses herself in various art forms, engages in self-improvement activities, and remains committed to expanding her knowledge base to enrich her practice further.
