Ronald (Ron) Muckenheim, Registered Massage Therapist
Ron has been a massage therapist since 2003. He greatly enjoys helping people experience the physical and psychological benefits this therapy can provide, as a foundation for health. Massage has been shown to alleviate stress and depression, improve sleep, and ”re-energize” the person, enhancing a sense of bodily and mental well-being. Ron’s treatments range from relaxation and tension relief, to addressing specific physical states such as muscle stiffness, headaches, postural symptoms, and other conditions. He is proficient in Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, hydrotherapy, passive/PNF stretching, range of motion movements, and coaching deep breathing. Each treatment is customized to your own needs and preferences.
Ron has taught in a private college for several years, instructing first and second-year massage therapy students in courses such as assessments, treatments, palpations, business and law, and research literacy. His outside interests include cycling, hiking, and engraving soapstone. He is looking forward to meeting and treating you!
Hoang Le, Registered Massage Therapist
Hoang Le graduated from the International Academy Massage School and worked in a spa environment. Hoang Le has treated many clients with various issues such as ankle sprains, piriformis syndrome, low back pain, whiplash, headache, fibromyalgia and stress relief.
Hoang has post graduate training in: Swedish massage, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, manual lymphatic drainage, joint mobilization and rehabilitation. Hoang Le will work with what clients’ goals and expectations are for their treatment by actively listening and communicating to ensure effective and appropriate modalities are used.
Andre Nicholls, Registered Massage Therapist
Andre is originally from Niagara Falls Ontario and moved to Ottawa to pursue his education in Massage therapy. He graduated at Algonquin College where he received his Advanced Diploma in Massage Therapy and is now a Registered Massage Therapist.
Andre is familiar with a lot of techniques but chooses to focus on more Swedish styles of treatment, he still incorporates the proper techniques to treat a variety of conditions and impairments. He has experience when working with athletes for sports massage and has had a profound effect on clients who are experiencing chronic pain. With his treatments he brings a strong level of compassion and respect for his patients and aims to improve the quality of everyday life to those who seek treatment for pain and stress.
When Andre is not working he enjoys playing video games and working out. He is always looking for new ways to challenge himself both mentally and physically. In his spare time, he also tries looking for new ways to expand his mind with new research studies and broaden the horizons of his life.
Ravisankar (Ravi) Chinnusamy, Registered Massage Therapist
I graduated with an advanced diploma in Massage Therapy from the Royal Canadian College of Massage therapy and hold a Degree in Physical Therapy. With a solid understanding of the human body and injuries, I have a strong passion for treating many acute and chronic musculoskeletal conditions and postural dysfunctions using a variety of techniques (Swedish Massage, Deep tissue massage, Myofascial Release, Joint Mobilization, PNF, etc) and provide you with the best knowledge and body awareness to alleviate pain and prevent further injury by maintaining healthy muscle tissue. My goal is to help patients achieve their health goals by providing individualized treatment plans and educate myself in different areas of massage to give my clients the best care.
Stacy Meisner, Registered Massage Therapist
Stacy is a graduate of the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy (CCMH) and a member of the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO), following her 10 years of service in the Royal Canadian Navy.
Besides her training in Swedish Massage Techniques, Therapeutic Relaxation Massage and Orthopedic Assessments, she has obtained a 70 hour certificate through CCMH for Sports Therapy Techniques and a certificate in Cupping Massage Therapy that can be used within her regular treatments.
Stacy loves to focus on but is not limited to, Migraine/ Tension Headache relief, Various Motor Vehicle Injuries/Chronic Pain including Whiplash and Back Pain, Sports Related Injuries, Trigger Point Release, Deep Tissue Massage, Tendonitis, Carpal Tunnel Syndrome, Plantar Fasciitis, Piriformis Syndrome and Gastrointestinal Disorders.

Jessica (Jess) Binkley, Registered Massage Therapist
Jess has always enjoyed helping people any way she could. After a lot of research and time spent searching for the ideal career, Jess decided that becoming a registered massage therapist perfectly combines her phenomenal customer service and her passion to help people.
Jess graduated from Algonquin College in 2017. During the program, Jess worked with all types of people and all ranges of impairments. Jess quickly realized that she has a nuturing touch that is perfect for prenatal massage, massaging children, and working with clients with chronic pain, specifically fibromyalgia.
In the future, Jess would like to add the title of doula to her resume. This way Jess can be present for all stages of pregnacy to create a bond and provide ample comfort and support to the expectant mother.
In her spare time, Jess likes to go for walks with her two dogs, read outside, and use her creativity and artistic abilities to create different things.
Laura McWilliams, Registered Massage Therapist
Laura grew up in Barrhaven, which is where it became apparent to her at a young age that her need to help took high precedence in her life. Laura always held a soft spot for caring for others around her which led to her Massage Therapy career. Laura graduated from the 3-year Massage Therapy program at Algonquin College with an Advanced Diploma in Massage therapy, excellent interpersonal and communication skills and 3 years exceptional experience working with the public and other RMT's.
Laura's passions within Massage therapy include pre-natal massage, intro-oral massage and working with developmentally challenged children and adults. She enjoys working with a wide range of clients and makes it her personal goal to help her clients achieve the best care they need to have the best healthy, happy and pain free life they can.
Christine Gomez, Registered Massage Therapist
Christine graduated from Kine Concept Institute of Ottawa in 2004. She has 19 years of massage therapy experience.
She has worked in busy massage therapy clinics in Toronto, Guelph and Ottawa. She has also enjoyed working in the best spas in the Ottawa area. These opportunities have developed her as a hardworking professional providing respectful and friendly service.
She incorporates relaxation into most of her treatments. Treatments solely for the purpose of relaxation are happily welcomed! She likes an inviting spa-like atmosphere in her treatment room. She is certified to help you relax with Indie head massage or hot stone therapy.
Christine is a mother of three adults and one adorable grandson. She welcomes your family and particularly enjoys providing perinatal massage treatments.
Christine has completed several kinesiology courses at Simon Fraser University including Sports Physiology and Sports Injuries. She applies kinesiology to her assessment and treatment of injuries and the effects of various conditions on myofascial integrity .
Christine is a certified yoga instructor which influences her approach to remedial exercise. She has maintained a self practice for twenty years which helps to sustain her strong massage practice.
Christine studied Thai massage therapy at Thai Massage Chiang Mai, Thailand, taking the “Five Week Intensive” course. Thai massage techniques influence her massage style.

Zannatun Nahar, Registered Massage Therapist
Zannat Nahar obtained her Bachelor in Medicine and Surgery degree from Osmani medical college, Bangladesh which is regulated by the Royal College of Physicians(RCP) a British Professional membership body. After coming to Canada, Zannat chose to focus her work entirely on chronic pain. She worked as an IV(intravenous) therapist and physician’s assistant in an Integrative pain clinic where she was treating MVA related chronic pain using intravenous pain medications and Manual muscle release for 7 years. She also had her hands on training on Manual Muscle release and Chronic Pain Rehabilitation using Meridian channels(a form of traditional chinese medicine), auricular acupuncture and Light Laser Therapy while working in the pain clinic.
Zannat is a registered member in good standing with the College of Massage Therapist of Ontario. She graduated with Honors and Academic Excellence awards from International Academy of Massage where she exceeded her practical experience requirements. She understands that the need to treat not just the obvious symptoms but also the underlying problems associated with all conditions. Combination of her extensive medical knowledge and skills with structural alignment by Myofascial Release(finding restrictions in the tissue and treating them by gentle yet very precise manual pressure), cupping, Trigger points DIC, Posture improvements, Stretch and strengthening of muscles, Somatic Techniques,Osteopathic Joint manipulations and relaxation techniques allow pain free movements and stress free life that sustained long after therapy.
Zannat has treated a lot of posture related condition(upper and lower cross posture), Hyper and hypo Kyphosis/lordosis, scoliosis, and Injury related conditions like tendinitis, strain/sprain, musculoskeletal condition like tendinosis, neck, back, shoulder pain and also MVA related conditions like whiplash, traumatic TMJ, seat belt injury and lots of time people has injury in hips, knees, feet, Elbow,wrists and even extraocular muscles(troubled eye movement) as an impact of MVA.
She is also comfortable with pre and post natal patients, and had a level 2 training for prenatal massage. Zannat strongly believes that positive energy and sincere care with passion can cure almost every problems. To fulfill her passion she is pursuing to get her Diploma in Manual Osteopathy. Zannat loves life! She enjoys spending time with her husband and kids. Her hobbies are gardening,cooking and entertaining friends and families.
Alison Boal, Registered Massage Therapist
I graduated from Algonquin College in 2006, so I am in my 19th year of practice. My area of expertise is trigger point release ( knots). I have had great success relieving chronic pain, migraines, frozen shoulder, impingements and more. I like working with clients and helping them improve posture and using fascial realignment techniques. I can do trigger point release in a fairly gentle way to provide relaxation. I do prenatal massage and cupping massage as well.
Chao “Rex” Su, Registered Massage Therapist
Chao (Rex) Su, known as Rex. In 2021, Rex relocated to Canada and pursued the Massage Therapy program at Fanshawe College. Before establishing himself in Canada, Rex dedicated fourteen years to the Creative and Communication industry globally. He completed his Master's degree in Communication and earned himself the moniker "REX" among peers at the University of Leicester, England, in 2011. Rex encountered his own trials – battling the relentless foes of headaches, backaches, and shoulder pains, born from the rigors of desk-bound endeavors and heavy physical overuse, much like many of us nowadays.
Growing up, Rex actively participated in various sports such as basketball, soccer, swimming and table tennis. These experiences instilled in him an appreciation for the significance of physical activity and rehabilitation in maintaining and enhancing the body's functionality.
Rex’s objective is to enhance his clients' overall well-being by developing individually-tailored treatment plans and employing a diverse range of massage techniques, along with facial release and tapotement techniques.
