Dr. Renee Audet, Licensed Chiropractor
My name is Dr. Renee Audet and I am a Valley girl. I grew up in Pembroke, did my undergrad at Laurentian University, I then went on to do my 4 year doctor of chiropractic’s at Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in Toronto.
I am passionate about health, healing and personal growth which has guided my ongoing learning in chiropractic’s and holistic health care. I view the body as a whole and recognize the need for not only spinal manipulation but soft tissue therapy, customized exercise , acupuncture, nutrition and orthotics.
Each of us is unique, we hold the key to our own health. My intention is to listen, support and help you access the best care on your journey to be a happy healthier you.
I enjoy being in nature with my dog “Winnie”, hiking, paddleboarding and expressing myself through my love of cooking.

Dr. Kadie Jeha, Licensed Chiropractor
Dr. Kadie Jeha was born and raised in Ottawa and graduated from the University of Ottawa with an Honours Bachelor in Health Sciences. She proceeded to obtain her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from New York Chiropractic College, where she was inducted as a member of the Phi Chi Omega Chiropractic Honor Society. Dr. Kadie also completed a year of clinical service, where she worked as Senior Clerk in New York, examining, diagnosing and treating patients of all ages. She is trained and certified in various chiropractic and soft tissue techniques, and she is proficient in both English and French. Dr. Kadie is now accepting new patients!
Sophie Rochon, Licensed Chiropractor
Originally from Sudbury, Ontario, Dr. Sophie Rochon grew up playing competitive sports. Her athletic successes, combined with a deep-rooted passion for healthy living, is what led her to complete three years of honours studies in the B.Ed. Physical Education and Health program at Laurentian University and subsequently to continue her studies at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in Toronto, Ontario.
Upon graduation in 2012, Dr. Rochon moved to Edmonton, Alberta where she began her chiropractic career enhancing her clinical skills. It is during this time that she obtained her acupuncture training through Acupuncture Canada while also competing in soccer, volleyball and ball hockey.
After five years in Edmonton, Dr. Rochon made the move back to Ontario, specifically Ottawa, to be closer to her family and friends. Fluently bilingual, she is a member in good standing of the Ontario College and Association of Chiropractors, as well as the Canadian Chiropractic Association.
During her spare time she enjoys playing sports, cooking, completing home renovations and spending time with her family.
