Our Licensed Chiropractors
Dr. Amr El Bouse, Licensed Chiropractor
Dr. Amr received his Bachelor of Kinesiology degree with Honours from Brock University. During that time he was also involved in research at the university’s biomechanics and motor control laboratory where his work was published in the official journal of the International Society of Electrophysiology and Kinesiology. His interest in the structure and optimal function of the human body led him to continue his education at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College where he graduated as a Doctor of Chiropractic.
Throughout his undergraduate and professional training, Dr. Amr was involved in numerous international medical outreach campaigns where he worked alongside a large team of highly specialized medical doctors and nurse practitioners from around the world. It was in this setting that he witnessed the role of the environment in shaping health, and the importance of exercise conditioning and manual therapy in promoting and maintaining physical independence.
In order to provide his patients with the most up-to-date evidence-based treatments, Dr. Amr continues to participate in Continuing Education courses and has been certified in Athletic Movement Assessment, Integrated Patterning, Functional Integrated Acupuncture, and Functional Range Release. He is also an active member of the Canadian Chiropractic Association, the Ontario Chiropractic Association, the College of Chiropractors of Ontario, and the Canadian Chiropractic Protective Association.
Dr. Amr is committed to not only provide the necessary therapy for his patients but to also inspire them to be responsible for their health, and to apply his knowledge in a manner that motivates and supports a higher standard of quality of life and physical independence.
